With this set alone, you can make 2 large trays and 3 small trays, for a total of 5 trays.

 

We've selected three colors for the pigments: white, cord, and black.

What kind of material is Jesmonite?

Jesmonite is a safe and secure water-based resin material perfect for making interior decorations and objects.

• Low odor, can be used indoors

  • Since it does not contain organic solvents, it has little odor or irritation, so you can safely create in your room or in households with small children or pets.

• High quality and sophisticated finish

  • After curing, it has a matte and elegant texture. Beautiful pieces can be completed without painting. If you try your hand at art with marble patterns or terrazzo patterns, you can create a presence like a unique piece.

• Easy to use and quick to complete

  • It hardens quickly enough to be removed from the mold in about 40 minutes after mixing, so you can complete it quickly.

• High durability

  • It is hard and durable, and also has weather resistance and flame retardancy. Therefore, it is also suitable for candle holders.

• Liquid : Powder = 1 : 2.5

• Stone tray L size: Liquid 68g, Base 170g

• Stone tray S size: Liquid 30g, Base 75g

  • *The above amounts include what remains in the container.

 

 

How to make guide

 

【Preparation】Place a digital scale on a paper cup and set the weight to "0".

 

① Measure the specified amount with a scale, then add the base (powder) to the liquid.

By adding the powder after the liquid, it becomes harder for unmixed powder and lumps to form at the bottom.

 

 

②Mix thoroughly for about 3 minutes with the included stirring stick.

 

③Add a few drops of coloring agent to adjust to your desired color.
For a marble pattern, do not overmix.

 

④Pour the mixed Jesmonite into the silicone mold. Gently tap the silicone mold to release air bubbles.

 

⑤It can be removed from the mold approximately 40 minutes after pouring.

After removing from the mold, allow it to cure completely for another 24 hours. Once fully hardened, gently sand any burrs (rough edges) on the rim of the tray with sandpaper for a smooth finish.

• Curing time: Cures at room temperature (exotherms up to approx. 40°C). Begins to harden in approx. 15-20 minutes, demolding in approx. 40 minutes (varies depending on ambient temperature and mold).

• Storage method: Store in a dry room at 5°C to 25°C
