Regarding custom silicone molds
▼We will explain how to order custom silicone molds.
▼A simple illustration or even a verbal idea is acceptable.
Even if the design itself is not clear, we can also accommodate requests such as,
"I'd like you to help me come up with this original design!"
We will propose a design from our shop.
Let's create a one-of-a-kind silicone mold together!
Once the approximate size is decided, we will send you a quote at a later date.
If you are satisfied with the quote, you will pay the upfront order fee from the quote.
(After the mold is completed, you will pay the remaining balance of the quote, excluding the upfront payment.)
※Please note that the upfront order fee is non-refundable.
Therefore, please ask as many questions as you like at this stage.
Once payment is confirmed,
we will proceed to the next step.
▼Once the design is shared, the quote is approved, and the upfront payment is received,
we will create 3D data for your confirmation.
Corrections at this stage are free of charge, no matter how many times you request them.
Communication will primarily be via DM or LINE, but if you prefer a meeting on ZOOM, we can accommodate that.
▼Once the 3D data design is approved, we will actually output it with a 3D printer.
You can confirm the size and design of the output prototype via DM, official LINE, or ZOOM if you prefer.
Corrections at this stage are free up to 3 times.
(Data correction → output is free up to 3 times)
▼Once the prototype is completed, we will manually polish it to remove the layer lines from 3D printing and smooth the surface.
This is the most time-consuming and challenging part of the process.
After polishing is complete, we will pour silicone to create the mold.
After you confirm the completed mold, you will pay the remaining balance, excluding the upfront order fee.
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the item.
※If you would like to see the finished product by pouring Jesmonite into the completed silicone mold for a trial run,
we can accommodate this upon payment of the Jesmonite usage amount and the material cost for an additional silicone mold.
